User Agreement

You (the User) can access signyourdoc site, subject to the terms and conditions of use, as change/Update from time to time entirely at the discretion of signyourdoc as set out below. The term of this Agreement shall continue and would be in force till the time you access this site & its services and you agree that you are bound by the terms as mentioned herein. Nothing in these Terms of Service should be construed to confer any rights on you or any third party beneficiaries.

Eligibility and registration

You must be 18 years or older to use thesignyourdoc service. By registering for the signyourdoc.com service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service.
Since Indian laws do not permit to us to contract with a minor person (minor is a person who has not completed 18 years of age), we do not market our Web site to minor person under the age of 18.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service so that you will be apprised of any changes. You will be deemed to have accepted such change/s if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes.

signyourdoc.com will only collect, store, use, and share your personal information (including email address) as it is defined by our Privacy Policy and as regulated by Indian laws. When applying for Digital Signature Certificate online, in addition to entering your own personal information, you may be asked to enter personal information of your dependants. Information collected on the signyourdoc.com website is stored & used to prepare and electronically apply for Digital Signature Certificate, as well as notify you when new/enhanced products and services become available. We do not disclose user’s information (including email address) to third parties except when the user requests to utilise services from other service providers. In just case, we will disclose information to the appropriate government officials if the law so compels us
Only information you have given us (including email address) is stored by us. We do not supplement your information with information from other companies. The exception to this would be when your employer/Existing Service Provider has bought the services/products for bulk use for its employees/ Customers and to facilitate that we may upload information provided by your employer/ Existing Service Provider.

Charges

This Site reserves the right to charge subscription and / or membership fees in respect of any part, aspect of this Site & Service/s and/or product/s upon reasonable prior notice. Such notice will be appearing on the site by displaying the new / revised charges for the service/s and/or product/s as offered from time to time with or without modifications & on such display it will be presumed to be read by all users whether registered or not & no further notice would be required. The same will apply for any service/s or products, which are currently being offered without any charges, whenever made chargeable.

Refund policy

signyourdoc.com does not refund any fees paid towards the issuance of a Digital Certificate after the issuance of the Certificate.
signyourdoc.com may refuse to issue a Certificate to any person, at its sole discretion, without incurring any liability or responsibility for any loss or expenses arising out of such refusal. Upon a refusal to issue a Certificate, signyourdoc.com will refund to the Certificate Applicant any paid Certificate fees, unless the Certificate Applicant submitted fraudulent or falsified information to the RA or failed to submit documentary evidence in support of the Certificate Application within 15 days of the application. In such a case the fee will not be refunded. 

Any claim for refund will not be entertained in case of any wrong data entry done by the subscriber which causes no or wrong data entry in certificate. You agree all these refund policy time of the payment/ apply digital signature certificate from site signyourdoc.com
