  1. Uninstall the Java Utility and EmSigner
  2. Install JAVA 8 Update 162 64-bit version only
  3. Download TRACES Web Signer Setup V 2.0 setup file from TRACES
  4. Install DSC drivers on your computer
  5. Update your Chrome (if it is of Older version)
  6. Clear cache & cookies from your browser
  7. Run emsigner as a administrator
  8. Restart your PC
  9. Install both (32 bit and 64 bit) versions of Java Framework on their machine
  10. Go to Start-->Windows Defender Firewall
  11. In the left pane, click on "Allow a program through Windows Firewall"
  12. Check Port Number 1565 in the "Ports" column and check the sss firewall status whether its Allowed or not

  9. In the left pane, click on "Allow a program through Windows Firewall".
