  1. Uninstall the Java Utility and Emsigner
  2. Install JAVA 8 Update 162 64-bit version only
  3. Download GST Emsigner latest Version
  4. Install DSC drivers on your computer
  5. Update your Chrome (if it is of Older version)
  6. Clear cache & cookies from your browser
  7. Run emsigner as an administrator
  8. Restart your PC
  9. Install both (32 bit and 64 bit) versions of Java Framework on their machine
  10. Go to Start-->Windows Defender Firewall
  11. In the left pane, click on "Allow a program through Windows Firewall"
  12. Check Port Number 1585 in the "Ports" column and check the sss firewall status whether its Allowed or not

Check your DSC's validity

  2. Log in to your token with your password
  3. Double-click your certificate name
  4. Open your certificate
  5. Find the validity of your DSC

Install the latest DSC token driver and Java version

  1. Uninstall any previous versions of the emBridge application
  2. Download the latest emBridge application
  3. Install the new version
  4. Follow the emBridge installer's basic troubleshooting guidelines
  5. Install the DSC token driver and the latest Java 32 bit version

Verify that the emSigner is started

  1. If the emSigner server is started, stop the server and start it again as "Run as Administrator"
  2. If the emSigner server is not started, start it as "Run as Administrator"

Check the Certificate Information section

  1. Verify the Issued by and Valid from and to details
  2. Confirm that the DSC was issued by a trusted CA and that the dates match DSC validation
  3. Click the Details tab and check the details, such as the Serial number and Issuer

Check the Certificate path and Certificate status sections

  1. If the trust chain is missing under the Certification Path section, contact CA for the trust chain
