  1. Go to the ICEGATE website
  2. Click Sign Up Option 
  3. Select New Registration Option 
  4. Select Fresh Registration Option 
  5. Enter your IEC Code and GSTIN Number 
  6. Verify Email and Mobile with OTP Option
  7. Select your Company Category 
  8. Upload IEC Code Certificate 
  9. Verify your pan card and Aadhar card 
  10. Upload Digital signature certificate 
  11. Upload Authorized Letter Copy 
  12. Review Your Application Once 
  13. Click Submit.

ICEGATE registration is required to file customs-related documents online, such as shipping bills and bills of entry.

How do I get my Icegate user ID and password?

To get an Icegate user ID and password, you can:

  1. Visit the Icegate website
  2. Click the Registration tab
  3. Select the type of registration
  4. Fill out the required details
  5. Submit the application
  6. Wait for approval
  7. Receive the user ID and password

The application processing time is 3–4 working days. Once the application is approved, the user ID and password will be sent to the registered email ID.
