How to Register in IREPS?

 

 

To register in IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System), you can do the following: 

  1. Go to the IREPS website at http://www.ireps.gov.in/
  2. Click on the “Vendor Registration” link in the top menu
  3. Read the instructions and click on the “Proceed” button
  4. Complete the vendor registration form
  5. Click on the “Submit” button

You can also register for IREPS by: 

  • Filling out the online registration form

  • Selecting your firm's DSC

To register with IREPS, you need: 

  • A valid Class III Digital Signature Certificate with your firm's name
  • A computer with an internet browser (IE 6 to IE 9)
  • Internet connectivity

You can register for the Goods & Services module, Works module, Earning Tenders module, or a combination of these. You can only participate in tenders for the modules you are registered for. 

If your registration request is denied, you will receive an email with the reason for the denial.

New Contractor Registration Process on IREPS

To register as a new contractor on the Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS), you can do the following: 

  1. Go to the IREPS website at http://www.ireps.gov.in/
  2. Click on the “Vendor Registration” link in the top menu
  3. Read the instructions and click on the “Proceed” button
  4. Complete the vendor registration form
  5. Click on the “Submit” button

You can also access the online registration form through the New Vendors/Contractors (E-Tender) link in the Quick Links section on the IREPS portal. 

To resume the registration process, you can: 

  1. Click on the New Vendors/Contractors (E-Tender) link on the IREPS portal
  2. Select the radio button for the option Continue with registration request initiated earlier
  3. Enter the request ID
  4. Use your DSC to proceed further

How to apply Railway tender?

o apply for a railway tender, you can follow these steps: 

  1. Fill out an online application form
  2. Submit required documents, such as proof of identity and proof of business registration
  3. Fill in the techno-commercial offer form and financial offer form
  4. Attach scanned copies of necessary documents
  5. Obtain a Digital Signing Certificate (DSC) from any of the Certifying Agencies (CAs) licensed by the Controller of Certifying Agencies, India (CCA)

Failed to open websigner on your computer IREPS

The error message "Failed to Open Web Signer" on the Indian Railways E-Procurement System (IREPS) can occur if Java is not installed on your computer or if it has become corrupted. 

To resolve this error, you can try these steps: 

  1. Install Java (JRE) on your computer
  2. In the "java control panel", click on "Security"
  3. Click on "ADD" and paste or type https://www.ireps.gov.in
  4. Press "OK"
  5. Close and restart Internet Explorer 11
  6. In Internet Explorer mode pages, add https://ireps.gov.in/website
  7. Open the website you want to run Digital Signature
  8. Click on the light blue color IE Logo button in the top right corner
  9. Update Java to Java-8 or above
  10. Configure Java security

How to login in IREPS with Digital Signature

To log in to IREPS with a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): 

  1. Open the IREPS portal at http://ireps.gov.in/.
  2. Insert your DSC token into your computer's USB drive.
  3. Click Proceed.
  4. Select your firm's DSC.
  5. Click Select.
  6. The enrollment interface will open.

You can also change or update your DSC on the IREPS website: 

  1. Go to the IREPS website home page.
  2. Click Contact Us in the bottom right.
  3. Enter your registered email ID.
  4. Click Update DSC.
  5. Select your new DSC.
  6. Click Submit.

A DSC authenticates your identity electronically and provides security for online transactions. A Class 3 DSC is required for railway tenders. 

To register for IREPS, you'll need the following documents: 

  • DSC Class 3 of the firm
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) certificate
  • Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (UAM) / MSME Udyam Registration certificate
  • PAN card (Permanent Account Number card)
  • Aadhar card
  • Company stamp/seal
  • Passport size photograph

How do I map a digital signature in Ireps?

To map a digital signature in IREPS, you can do the following: 

  1. Connect your new Digital Signature Token to your computer
  2. Go to the IREPS website home page and click on the "contact us" link
  3. Enter your registered email ID and click on the "update DSC" link
  4. Insert your DSC Token into the USB drive of your computer
  5. Hit on the "Proceed" button
  6. The web signer window will open
