Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be a legally registered business (company, LLP, partnership, proprietorship, or foreign firm).

• Individual/personal registrations are not permitted.

• Required documents:

  • Business registration certificate

  • PAN card

  • GST registration (or exemption details)

  • Class III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

  • Authorized user’s details

  • Additional certificates like MSME or NSIC, if applicable

• Class III DSC with organization name.

• Java Runtime Environment (JRE 32-bit) installed.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Step 1: Preparation

• Gather all necessary documents in scanned PDF format.

• Ensure DSC is installed and functional.

• Configure Java and browser settings to avoid technical issues.

Step 2: Visit IREPS Portal

• Go to ireps.gov.in.

• Click on "New Vendors/Contractors (E-Tender)".

• Select "Initiate Registration Request".

• Click on "Proceed" to start registration.

Step 3: Select Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

• Insert DSC token.

• Choose the correct Class III DSC from the list.

• Enter token PIN if prompted.

Step 4: Fill Organization and User Details

• Complete tabs in sequence:

  • Basic Details: Firm name, address, contact info.

  • Constitution: Type of firm (e.g., proprietorship, partnership).

  • Approvals: Any existing vendor registrations or certifications.

  • Statutory: PAN, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.

Step 5: Upload Documents

• Upload documents in correct slots.

• Ensure files are in PDF and within size limits.

• Digitally sign documents if prompted.

Step 6: Submit Application

• Review form thoroughly.

• Click "Sign & Submit" using DSC.

• Note down the Registration Request ID.

• Check application status regularly.

IREPS Vendor Login Process

• Visit ireps.gov.in and click "Login" > "E-Tender".

• Enter username and password.

• Insert and authenticate using DSC.

• Access vendor dashboard to view and bid on tenders.

Updating Profile on IREPS

• Login and navigate to "My Profile" or similar section.

• Edit contact info, add users, or update certificates.

• Change password and manage DSC if required.

• Submit changes for approval if needed.
